A new year means new, fun additions to the H&I schedule. That includes an updated Day Shift that'll have you glued to your television screens. On December 29, viewers will see a few time changes for some fan-favorites with the exciting addition of Without A Trace.

What's new on H&I?

Get ready to watch Without A Trace during its Thursday Day Shift starting on January 8, 2026. The police procedural drama follows the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) Missing Persons Unit (MPU), a team of specially trained agents in New York City tasked with finding missing people.
