Hollywood star and martial arts master Chuck Norris has a long history of teaching his fighting skills to others. Back in the 60s and 70s Norris operated and owned over 30 karate studios at one time before venturing into acting.

Norris continued being an advocate and teacher for self-defense lessons even while making a name for himself on the big screen. Using it as a way to bond with his fellow co-stars, Norris made sure no one walked off-set without knowing how to throw a punch.

Included in these lessons was television icon Mila Kunis in one of her first acting roles. Appearing in the episode "Lost Hope," Kunis starred as Pepper, a troubled child that was invited to camp at CD's ranch for the weekend.

Kunis recalled that the star of the show himself would offer self-defense lessons to many of the actors, including herself, in-between the scenes of the episode.

“When I was 10, maybe 11, I did a show called Walker, Texas Ranger...starring a little-known actor Chuck Norris, and Chuck took it upon himself to teach me how to kick and throw a punch," said Mila Kunis about her guest star role on Walker, Texas Ranger.

While she hopes to never have to use it, Kunis appreciated the advice on self-defense and the story of a lifetime to have been taught by the legend himself.
